Dr. Arkam Rehman has trained at esteemed & reputable residency programs of Cook County Hospital Internal Medicine in Chicago, Mount Sinai Medical Center Neurology in New York, and Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital’s Physical Medicine Rehabilitaton residency program in the Chicago area. He completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency at the Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital affiliated residency program where he was the Chief Resident in his final year of training, managing resident physicians from 4 different residency programs.

Luis Colon APRN has a military background and has been working as a Nurse Practitioner for decades. He has extensive experience working in Neurosurgery seeing complex neurosurgical cases followed by many years in Interventional pain management seeing patients from all walks of life, evaluating them for their pain generator and doing injections to help their pain and thus making a difference in their lives. Luis has a sharp eye for Aesthetics and he is an expert Injector for Botox and Dysport. His Interests & expertise include Medical Weight Loss and Aesthetic Enhancement using Neogen PSR system, Male Erectile Enhancement with PRP, SHock Wave Therapy & Botulinum Toxin Injections, and Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy for Hair Restoration & Facial Aesthetics and Pain. He has a keen interest in Regenerative Medicine having worked alongside Dr. Rehman for many years and is an advanced Injector and expert in his discipline.
He is Bilingual and cares for his old ailing mother and is a God fearing family man.

Dylan Monninger is a skilled healthcare professional with extensive experience in both military and civilian settings. As Dr. Rehman’s personal medical assistant, he specializes in assisting with spinal procedures, combining precision and commitment to exceptional patent care.
From learning combat medicines with the Marines to mastering Orthopedic techniques, Dylan built his expertise under pressure. After leaving the military, he refined his craft at Mayo Clinic, where he also taught casting and splinting to healthcare professionals statewide.
Outside of work, Dylan is devoted to trash cleanup and charity efforts, while also wrenching on his motorcycle, lifting weights, and prioritize a wellness-focused lifestyle. His hands-on approach and relentless drive define everything he does.
